AUTONOMY AND ACTIVE LEARNING
I consideer myself an autonomous teacher but reconigzing that I always have to revise myself . I´m of the teachers who like changes and apply new strategies to make my students beware of their learning process. As I said before I do as many activities as I can being focused in their autonomy, also I try to make lots of reflections in which I use words like "you are here, and you choose if you want to learn or not" "everything is cause and effect" don´t expect good results when you are not giving everything of you. I think those kind of phrases make them think a lot that they are not littles children anymore.
I love my class!! I have a lot of fun with my students, I really care about their pieces of creations and work, I think is really important for them to know that you valorate their work.
The module helped me a lot. And I agree that students have to be the center not the teacher, cause they are the ones that are learning so they must take an active place in every activity proposed in class. I try to give them a lot of guideliness or instructions in order to make them more autonomous and to make them be more active in each stage of the class.
For me learning strategies are those actions that help students to reach or approach an activity.
if I use them..of course all the time, I´ll take into account that learning estrategies work better if I use them explicitly.
My conclusion would be that students more than learning they must start thinkig in english
and we must be very clear with them at the time of an instruction, when they are conscious of their processes they´ll do a big effort to give the best. Another thing the grades are not really important, the importnt thing is at the end of the year they could say I learned something new
and I enjoyed my classes and my teacher pretty much!!

WHAT I´VE LEARNED DURING THE COURSE
Well it seems to be that all the knowledge we have been recieving is just making me remenber all the possibilities we can use and adapt as teachers.
Most of the things I heard from the sessions are really good tools to apply in our classes, I also heard new ways to work on different skills, example in Diana´s session that was reading and writing made me feel like why I haven´t seen things that way?
So, this course is causing me think and to question myself a lot in what I´m doing as a guide,
I begin to think again and I realized is a long way never ends but that´s wonderful.
Another session worthy to me so much was george´s because he came with many practical activities to do with the students and they love it, I used some of them and for sure they worked a lot. Now in this session, CALL, I am like digesting everything, (too much to learn), to make a real change in my typical way to do my classes, right now I have changed the way I see learning and I´ll do the possible to do my classes the best I can. Thanks a lot

CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES
all the good activities are those ones that works according with the differents skills´ abilities, example I plann to my Ss a speaking activity called conversation club, and I have many different ones depending on the skill, then, the idea is to work directly on activities in which Ss are going to develop their language and also show a progress through different contexts during this acquisition process.
next I´ll name different class activities that I usually use with my kids
next I´ll name different class activities that I usually use with my kids
- movie time (I apply all the language skills here, and you don´t have to watch all the movie, instead just a little piece and then give them some questions related with the movie´s context. they love it!)
- show and tell (speaking, reading, writing. They have to look for something important for them, bring it to the class and then talk about it)
- song club ( listening, reading. They must fill in the blanks, organize sentences in order write the hole paragraph, etc.. by listening)
- reading time (this is to improve their reading comprehension which is very important fot them)
- role play ( they have to create a story or dialogue and then perform)
- and many more, the list is too long but those are important ones.

it is obvious that languages situation is going to make a big change in our country, now thats very good for us ´cause we´ve already are bilingual. but, then I´m just thinking how is it gonna be after? not as good as before, thought we can´t stop now, so just continue learning different things, maybe different languages; that´s my conclusion, other wise we´re gonna be behind all of that movement.
